How to book
1- Visit our office
Located at 45 Rue de Turenne in Paris in the 3e arrondissement, our office is open Monday thru Friday from 9h00 to 19h00. After booking an apartment you can pick up the keys at our office or arrange for a check-in by one of our staff for an additional fee.
2-Our Rates
Our rates include all taxes. Some apartments may require a cleaning fee. All payments should be made in EUROS
3- Reservations
Apartments can be booked through the website only. A reservation is valid only after confirmation of payment of the deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount , or full amount in some cases. Once confirmation of availability has been made the apartment will be held for 48 hours max then released if payment has not been received.
4- Arrival and Key Pickup
Keys can be collected at our offices between 9:00 to 19:00 From Monday to Friday, after payment of the balance of your reservation. For arrivals after office hours or weekends and holidays there is a 50 Euros checkin fee.
General information necessary for your stay will be delivered on this occasion.
5- Departure, assessment and return of the deposit
Apartments should be vacated before 10:00 or a late check out can be requested.
We will assess the state of the apartment at your convenience, in the apartment.
The deposit will be returned on the premises, after the state of the apartment and complementary services are verified.
